We reserve the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assume no liability/responsibility for any lost files, registrations or misplaced file URLs. We reserve the right to modify these terms without any prior announcement and/or notification.
The following types of files may not be uploaded under any circumstances :
Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage.
Files that infringe copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted photographs and flash presentations.
Files uploaded with intention to harass individual or multiple persons, promote any products or services through direct advertisements for the purpose of commercial profit, without attaining the permission of 'This Site'.
Files that contain child porn.
Violation of the above "file uploading" conditions may result in
The immediate termination of user's ability to use our services.
User and/or user's domain will be banned.
User’s IP address will be banned.
All images and accounts related to the user/domain will be deleted immediately.

Though mypic.us has set a strict rules to regulate all the image sharing behaviour and continously and vigilantly monitors the types of images uploaded to its servers, mypic.us is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
mypic.us will attach importance to your abuse reports, and will take appropriate action within 24 hours!
If You are Reporting Infringement:
A Proper DMCA Notice will notify mypic.us of particular facts in a document signed under penalty of perjury. We refer to this as a "Proper DMCA Notice" To Write a Proper DMCA notice, please provide the following information:
Identify yourself as either:
a. The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
b. A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. State your contact information, including your TRUE NAME, street address, telephone number, and email address.

State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
State that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
